入会程序
| 1. | 凡 拥 有 商 业 注 册 证 之 华 人 商 号 并 愿 遵 守 本 会 章 程, 并 由 本 会 2 名 会 员 介 绍, 都 可 申 请 成 为 本 会 会 员。 |
| 2. | 呈 上 入 会 申 请 书 (如 样 本) 时 须 附 上 商 号 注 册 证 及 营 业 准 证 复 印 本 各 一 份, 以 及 商 号 代 表 之 个 人 相 片 两 张。 |
| 3. | 入 会 申 请 表 格 在 呈 本 会 理 事 会 审 核 通 过 及 缴 纳 入 会 基 金 後, 即 成 为 本 会 会 员 并 推 派 一 人 为 代 表。 |
| 4. | 如 属 股 东 商 号, 其 华 裔 股 东 之 股 份 必 须 超 过 五 十 巴 仙。 |
| 5. | 会 员 商 号 所 派 之 代 表 必 须 是 马 来 西 亚 国 籍 华 裔 公 民。 |
| 6. | 本 会 理 事 会 有 权 拒 绝 任 何 入 会 申 请 书, 并 不 需 说 明 理 由。 |
| 7. | 凡 新 入 会 之 新 会 员 未 满 六 个 月 者, 无 选 举 权 及 被 选 举 权。 |
| 1. | Any Chinese Firm or business body, who is holder of a Certificate of Registration, and is willing to observe the rules of the Chamber may send in an application to become a member. And the application Form(see sample) shall be sponsored by two existing members. |
| 2. | Attach a photocopy of Certificate of Registration and Trade License, and two Passport size Photo of the representative. |
| 3. | The Management Committee at its absolute discretion may approve the application. On payment of entrance fee, the application shall be admitted as a member of the Chamber and shall appoint an official representative. |
| 4. | For a member firm with partners or shareholders, the shares of the Chinese partners or shareholders must be exceeding 50%. |
| 5. | The official representative of the member firm must be a Malaysian Citizen of Chinese origin. |
| 6. | The Management Committee may at its discretion reject any application for a membership without assigning any explanation and reason thereof. |
| 7. | Any new member who has joined the Chamber not exceeding six months shall have not right to vote and to be voted. |
