本会获马来西亚国际贸易和工业部授权签发非优先原产地证书
Our Chamber has authorized by Ministry of International Trade and Industry, Malaysia to issue Non-Preferential Certificate of Origin.
第一次申请非优先原产地证书所需要提交的文件。（每年需更新一次）
Document need to be submitted for the FIRST APPLICATION and RENEW ONCE A YEAR:
1. 公司的注册证书，营业执照/制造许可证 Company’s Registration Certificate, Business Licence/ Manufacturing Licence
2. 法定申明书 (样本)

每一次申请非优先原产地证书所需要提交的文件。
Document need to be submitted for EVERY APPLICATION:
1. 完整的非优先原产地证书申请表格 Completed NPCO Form
(非优先原产地证书申请表格可在商会购买，一本 RM 25)
(NPCO application form can be purchased at the Chamber's office with RM 25 per pad)
2.出口发票 Invoice to exporter
3.包装清单 Packing List
4.提货单 Bill of Lading
5.报关表格 Custom Declaration Form K2
收费 Payment
会员 Member (RM30 per set)
非会员 Non-Member (RM60 per set)
